OUR HISTORY


Otium Lifestyle was established in 2004 and was created by Adam Mole a graduate of Brunel University's Sports Science Department. Adam is an enthusiastic, energetic and committed fitness professional who is passionately committed to helping people attain and maintain their health, fitness and lifestyle goals. His aim is to find a solution that best suits the need of his clients. He therefore, prides himself on taking a very individual and tailored approach to all his clients.

It was always Adam's belief and desire when creating Otium Lifestyle; that he wished to create a company that was more than just another one dimensional personal training company. He wished to create a company that was multi-dimensional in its approach to helping people with their health, fitness and lifestyle goals.

Thus, Otium Lifestyle "the complete health & fitness provider" is just that. So whether you're looking for a personal trainer, wish to create your own home gym or are looking for health & fitness products that can help enhance your health, fitness and lifestyle.

Our philosophy is to educate and build awareness on how one’s simple daily choices, with regards to nutrition and fitness can help in promoting a healthier and more productive lifestyle.

We believe in practical and proven methods. WE DO NOT ADVOCATE DIET PROGRAMS OR EXERCISE FADS!

We operate under a balanced approach. We realize that most people have limited time and limited resources. While our framework has also worked well for young and old, housewives through to executives our primary focus is workable solutions for today’s busy world.

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES AND BEHAVIORS

•Have balance. Both a balanced diet and a balanced exercise routine will enhance the way you live your life.
•Have patience. Neither your mind nor your body is designed to change overnight.
•Everything in moderation. You should be able to have the control and the discipline to enjoy all kinds of foods.
•Exercise is being active. You don’t have to run on a treadmill to be active! There are many ways to get exercise just in your daily activities.
•Continue to educate yourself. Everyone is different. By continuing to read and learn about nutrition and fitness, you will naturally find a lifestyle that works for you.
